2026 Cancellation & Refund Policy

CATAP 2026 Workshop & Conference Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • For cancellation prior to October 1, 2026 - 100% Refund (Minus a 3% processing fee)
  • For cancellation October 1-10, 2026 - 50% Refund (Minus a 3% processing fee)
  • For cancellation after October 10, 2026 - No Refund (Minus a 3% processing fee)

If you are unable to attend but have fully paid your workshop and conference registration, attendance can be transferred to another person from your organization. Please contact us at info@catap.ca to facilitate this. All other logistics such as hotel room, flights, transportation, etc. are the full responsibility of the attendee. 

Late notice cancellation due to illness (e.g. COVID-19) must be received in writing to info@catap.ca. The attendee registration amount will then be applied to attendance at the 2027 Workshop & Conference.
